Father, the AU liturgy is most beautiful, tender and sacred. I love the use of English English. It gives us much more clarity and meaning than American English. Thankyou for working so hard to give God's People a beautiful way to celebrate the Holy Mass. GB John
For those who are not already aware of it, there is an interesting discussion on this topic at http://valleadurni.blogspot.com/2008/02/legal-status-of-the-sarum-mass.html. The gist of it seems to be that the sarum rite was "grandfathered in" by a clause in the original Missale Romanum and has been available for use in the RCC all along...
