O God, who by the passion of thy blessed Son didst make an instrument of shameful death to be unto us the means of life: Grant us so to glory in the cross of Christ, that we may gladly suffer shame and loss for the sake of thy Son our Savior Jesus Christ; who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Thank you for this prayer..you have a beautiful website.
What is the difference between Roman Catholic and Angelican Catholic..pardon my not knowing ..I am a Roman Catholic.
Thanks Sue Mc
The Anglican Use, which is part of the Latin Rite, is fully Catholic in union with the Holy See. Under the terms of the Pastoral Provision approved in 1980 by Pope John Paul II, we were granted our own liturgical use. The Pastoral Provision is now being expanded and extended throughout the world with the Apostolic Constitution, Anglicanorum coetibus, issued by Pope Benedict XVI.
