These people must be nuts!
This is astonishing! My stomach is still in my throat.
I thought the very same thing when I first watched the video -- then near the end I saw them release a parachute from the suit, and the mystery was solved.

That looks so awesome! It must feel like having wings! Must be pretty scary jumping off a cliff though...
